1970

Our Founder S.P. PERIASAMY started this company in 1970. The first contract value was Rs. 30,000

1977

In 1977, his brother Mr. S.P. CHINNASAMY Joined him. New company called S.P. PERIASAMY & Co. formed in the same year. From the year 1977 to 1993 - the company had grown to do business around Rs. 30 Crores. Pa.

1994

As Necessitated, a limited company was floated in the year 1994 called P&C Constructions (P) Ltd. Both these companies were growing in their respective verticals.

2004

Around 2004, Both these companies attained a sale figure of Rs. 100 Crores. Per annum. In the same year S.P. Periasamy & Co was merged with P&C Constructions (P) Ltd.

2015

In the year 2015, P&C Constructions (P) Ltd was name changed to P&C Projects (P) Ltd.

2019

Today, the company’s presence is very well established in the fields of Residential, Public, Commercial, Industrial buildings, Roads & Bridges, irrigation & water supply sectors, WTP & STP projects and also in Railways. By this Day, we are marching towards Rs.300 Crore Sales figure for the current year with a vision of reaching Rs.1000 Crore. by the year 2020.
